President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters.

It was announced on the President’s Telegram channel.

First of all, the discussion covered the situation on the front line and the high-quality work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine units protecting our skies, Zelensky said.

The urgent need to provide the troops with modern air defense and missile defense systems was also emphasized during the meeting.

The Commanders of the troops and security forces discussed further de-occupation of the territories, along with the elimination of the destruction caused by the missile attacks.

Denys Monastyrskyi, Minister of Internal Affairs, reported on protecting critical infrastructure facilities.

Previously, Christine Lambrecht, German Defense Minister, claimed that in the coming days, the first of the four IRIS-T systems will be delivered to Ukraine.

French President Emmanuel Macron announced an increase in military assistance to Ukraine in response to the missile attacks launched by Russia on October 10. Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that the conversation with the leader of France covered, in particular, the strengthening of the Ukrainian air defense.
